Free resources
Use the manual, FAQ and Cases that are available on our website for learning and inspiration. You can also have a look at the open published reports by other users. Database for story- questions, bipoles and tripoles.
Training
We offer regular 1 or 2-days Open Trainings, which are announced under News Items, where you also find information on costs.
Many organisations are asking for in-house training. The standard package is a 2-days course for €350 per participant. We teach the technicalities of the tool and give you important process design tips. How Sprockler is used is as important as knowing the tool itself.
Consultancy
We can carry out the Sprockler project for you, and do the design, data collection and reporting with and for you. Some organisations do everything themselves, others don’t have the time or interest, but still want to benefit from the great insights that Sprockler can bring.
We can help design the inquiry, put it on-line, conduct technical tests, support communication to target respondents, train interviewers (in case of field collection), monitor data-collection, preparation of interactive report, facilitate sense-making workshop and/or data-analysis, draft story of stories (reporting on patterns).
